 Christine (she/her) honours the body and mind's ability to grow, adapt and heal with every new life experience.

Give yourself permission to be nurtured with a body-based practice to bring more awareness and connection with your mind and spirit. Through meditative breathing and gentle flows, Christine invites you to move with intention, inner strength and fluidity. 

Do as much or as little as you like…the choice is always yours. Practice having agency over your body and thoughts on the mat, so that you can become more present in your day-to-day living.
